There are five Hutchwilco type 401 manual inflatable lifejackets to be won. All entries must be accompanied by a completed survey. Only completed original or online surveys and only one entry per person will be accepted. All entries must be received no later than 31 October 2012 to be eligible for the prize draw but completed surveys can still be sent to us after that date. By entering into this survey, you are giving consent to Maritime New Zealand to use the information supplied in the survey for research purposes.
Winners will be drawn on 7 November 2012. All winners will be drawn at random and under supervision. All winners will be notified by telephone or in writing using the details on the entry form. If a winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts by MNZ, their prize will be forfeited and another winner will be drawn. Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash or other items. MNZ, Hutchwilco and Marketing Impact employees and their immediate families are not eligible to enter into the prize draw.
